Models will keep evolving. The enduring need is reliable orchestration between models, business inputs, operational systems, and measurable outcomes. That infrastructure is less visible than demos, but it compounds and becomes the layer everything else depends on.

Start With What Will Not Change

What This Means if You Are Building Now

Focus on constants: input-output architecture, inference integration points, and maintainability under dependency change.

Build systems that keep running when vendors update APIs, models shift behavior, or original builders are no longer in the loop.
